Experience

The Regent Warsaw Hotel is a modern structure of steel, glass, and slate built in 2002. It has fast become a favorite of business guests, diplomats and tourists for its understated luxury and contemporary elegance. Located in Lazienki Park and within walking distance to sights like the monumental Royal Castle and business centers it’s the perfect hotel for work and leisure.

Driving from Kaunas, we arrived in the evening and were welcomed with a quick check-in and introduction to the hotel.

The 246 rooms of the Regent Warsaw Hotel are split into a dozen different categories ranging from a Classic Room to the Presidential Suite. All have generous interior space decorated in muted pastel colors and modern furnishings including an oversized work desk and desk lighting. Every room offers the comfort of cozy bathrobes, coffee machine, individual temperature control, minibar, in-room safe, satellite TV and internet access. The bathroom is covered in dark marble with a separate bath and rain shower with high-end body care amenities.

Downstairs the Holmes Place Premium Club is an impressive 1,200 sq meters filled with a fitness center, indoor swimming pool, and spa. Holmes Place is a premium fitness brand that has been in operation for over three decades. They set the standard for fitness service and offer high quality fitness equipment as well as aerobic classes and personalized fitness programs. There are multiple choices in the spa which include a dry sauna, steam bath and Jacuzzi or a wide range of body treatments. There are even special treatments designed especially for men and others designed to fight that dreaded jet lag.

The Regent Warsaw Hotel’s flagship restaurant, the Venti-Tre Restaurant, takes pride in offering fine Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. The open kitchen lets guests take a peek into the workings of the culinary staff as they prepare your meal. In the summer, the terrace is open to guests where they can enjoy a leisurely meal in a green garden. For a more interactive experience, exclusive Cooking Classes are offered with the Executive Chef. With the guidance of the chef, guests can prepare their own three course meal which is served to them after class in Venti-Tre Restaurant.

Service in the hotel is excellent with professional staff that me us with a friendly smile every time.

A short walk outside leads guests to some of Warsaw’s main tourist attractions. Visit the Copernicus Science Center or the Zoo to learn about the animals and science of the planet or Old Town and Krakowskie Przedmiescie (the Royal District) for a bit of Warsaw history. Another option is to take a relaxing stroll through Lazienki Park and admire the beauty of Wilanow. The old town is a bit further but easily reached by taxi.

I would highly recommend the Regent Warsaw Hotel to business and leisure guests alike. The wide variety of entertainment on-site combined with the superb amenities and services make this hotel a true 5-star hotel.
