Accommodations at the Best Western Congress Hotel range from Single rooms to Congress Executive rooms, all tastefully decorated with modern décor, work desk areas and unique art on the walls. Congress Executive rooms have a choice of city, pool or mountain views and large windows and private balconies to let in lots of natural light. Amenities for every room type include satellite TV, tea and coffee, complimentary still water, wireless internet and a fully stocked minibar. Slippers, bathrobes and toiletries are provided in the luxury bathroom to complete the hotel experience.

Overlooking the pool and gardens from the terrace, guests can enjoy Italian food with Armenian flare at Best Western Congress Hotel’s Rafaello Restaurant. The menu is based on homemade Italian recipes like pasta, cured meats and cheese. And what Italian meal would be complete without an after-dinner espresso and pastry. For a more casual meal, or something for the kids, Mediterraneo Pizza is a full service pizzeria with a menu filled with recipes from Napoli. Every pizza is prepared with the freshest ingredients and cooked in a wood fired oven for an authentic taste.

There is also a lobby bar serving every kind of cocktail and drink.

For conferences or meetings, the Best Western Congress Hotel can provide everything. Onsite and Offsite Catering can be arranged with the Event Manager of the hotel and the Ball Room can accommodate up to 250 people. There is also the Picasso Conference Hall and Combined Meeting Room. Every hall includes use of microphones, LCD projector and overhead projector, free wi-fi and still water for all participants. A business center is available to guests across from the lobby.

The Caribbean Swimming Pool is arguably the best feature of the hotel. It’s heated for the cooler months and the best place to take in the sun during the summer. In the middle of the winter the pool is closed. Cocktails are served at the Pool Bar for adults and a playground and Mini Pool for the kids which makes it a perfect location for a wedding or any other special event which can be arranged with the hotel managers. When special events aren’t being hosted the hotel puts on Latino Jazz parties regularly for guest entertainment.

The Health Club offers a full gym, sauna, tanning salon, and massage services.

Guests can also shop within the hotel at the various stores.

The team at the front desk strives to meet every need of the guest. During our stay, they helped research travel options and car rentals. They also gave us some great tips on sights to see and popular restaurants.
